I have been meaning to try acupuncture for a long time and never got round to it, and if you are like me I would highly recommend Charlotte. Not only have I left feeling so relaxed and aware of my mental and physical state, but it almost felt like a therapy session! I’m looking forward to move sessions with Charlotte, she was so gentle, explained everything really well and made me feel so comfortable. 10/10

I arrived today with anger and boiling away in my mind! With everything going on I think I was going to pop .., then several needles later and a really good conversation … I am almost levitating! My whole body is relaxed and I have a degree of clarity that I couldn’t find all week!

Wow! I totally needed today!! Super grateful to Char… I have been very out of kilter … I left today feeling a little tingly and more ‘aligned’ both emotionally and mentally … I’m feeling recharged for the bank holiday and half term! Char - you are truly amazing - thank you for listening and working on my blockages 😌
